Many of you say simplicity is the key to making it in the industry, now it’s to all of you I say, Quincy Jones, Michael Jackson, Timberland, Jermaine Dupri, Elvis, Ray Charles, Jimmy Iovine, boy, if they where only just “simple” about the way they made music, I wouldn’t even be able to try and make a career in it. It’s you simple folks that will only get to enjoy monetary rewards, while the very few visionaries that’s left will re-write the way music is heard.

Ever get those nights when your mind is racing with ideas. You think about the opportunities that lay in your lap and then set yourself up for the other opportunities you need to grab hold of. “should I place a call? Probably I may need the team” or “Imma bring this opportunity into this opportunity so it can be more of a bigger circle of only serious Players, thats gonna make it even bigger”. My only advice for those that are passionate about their dreams….. 1) Always think ahead about your next opportunity and what your present opportunity can bring to you. 2) ALways think ahead, but train yourself to be ready for things not to go your way, and be able to flip it back into an opportunity to go “all ways”. You will understand what I’m talking bout when you get there.
